The first steps

If you're considering therapy and would like to explore working together, the first step is to get in touch either via email or through the ‘Contact Me’ button on this site. Depending on my availability, I will invite you to a free 20-minute consultation call. This is an informal conversation where we can discuss what you're looking for, whether I’m the right person to support you, and any initial questions you may have.

If we decide to move forward, we’ll arrange an initial 50-minute assessment session. This session offers an opportunity to explore in more depth what’s bringing you to therapy, how things have developed over time, and what you hope to gain from the process. We’ll also take time to talk through any concerns, expectations, or queries you may have.

The assessment process is collaborative and reflective. Its purpose is to help us both consider whether we are a good fit for working together. Sometimes, this assessment may take more than one session to ensure we have the clarity and grounding we need to begin.

If we decide to continue, we will then agree on the next steps and begin booking regular sessions.

Fees

For new clients, the fee per 50-minute session is £75

EMDR Therapy: £90 per session.

Fees for clients paying via insurance are slightly higher due to the extra administration involved. Please let me know if you will use your insurance to cover your sessions.
